De Junior Gietketel RVS heeft een pan van roestvast staal en heeft een verwarmde kraan. Verstopte kranen behoren daardoor tot het verleden. Door het speciale verwarmingselement is deze ketel geschikt om er gietzeep mee te smelten. De gietketel verwarmt niet au-bain-marie. Van de HV Universeel basis kunt u verschillende vloeibare zeepproducten maken door de bijbehorende activator toe te voegen. Voeg zeepkleurstof en parfumolie toe en uw handzeep, shampoo of douchegel is klaar. Los de kleurstof en parfumolie eerst op in een kleine hoeveelheid LV Universeel. Voor de handzeep en de douchegel hebben we een HV-variant die wij “floating” hebben genoemd. Deze heeft een zodanige structuur dat deze dingen kunnen vasthouden. Luchtbelletjes bijvoorbeeld, maar ook glitters en zelfs kleine zilverglanzende figuurtjes zoals dolfijntjes, bloemetjes en vlindertjes. Het lijkt alsof deze dingen in de vloeistof “zweven”, vandaar de naam floating. Shampoo is niet zo geschikt voor het gebruik van glitters of figuurtjes, want die blijven misschien in het haar hangen.
Voor de liefhebbers van een heerlijk geurend bad. Badzout in een grove en een fijne variant waaraan u geur en kleur toe voegt. Badzout heeft een reinigende werking.Badzout Grof is zeezout en wordt gewonnen door verdamping van zeewater.Badzout Fijn is steenzout en wordt gewonnen uit zoutafzettingen in de aarde. Het wordt vooral als scrubmiddel gebruikt. Gebruikt kleuremulgator om parfumolie en kleurstoffen in badzout goed te laten oplosssen in het badwater.

Activator geeft de verschillende vloeibare zepen hun specifieke eigenschappen.Activator handzeep maakt de zeep mild.Activator douchegel zorgt voor een cremig schuim.Activator shampoo maakt de shampoo verzorgend en bevat substanties die het haar soepel maken.
Scrub is vervaardigd uit gemalen perzikpitten. Toegevoegd aan stukken zeep zorgt het voor een zachte peeling van de huid.
De vloeibare kleurstof is er speciaal om alle vloeibare zepen en gietzeep te kleuren
Het kleurpigment is vooral geschikt voor stukken zeep. Het is lichtecht en goed doseerbaar. Naast de gekozen kleur dient men altijd ook wit toe te voegen om te voorkomen dat de zeep er ‘glazig’ uitziet.

Naast het siliconenrubber is er het veel goedkopere latex. Dit alternatief op basis van ammonia is echter veel minder vormvast en ook minder slijtvast.
In de toolkits vindt u hulpmiddelen die u als zeepmaker nodig heeft om op een verantwoorde en hygiënische manier zeep te produceren. Zij bevatten gereedschap voor het afmeten/wegen en mengen van grondstoffen, zoals mengbakken en de set doseerlepels.
Gietzeep droogt snel uit en moet daarom luchtdicht worden verpakt. Dit kan heel eenvoudig met ons sealapparaat en krimpfolie. U maakt van de krimpfolie met behulp van het sealapparaat een zakje met daarin het stuk zeep. Door de folie kort te verwarmen met het heteluchtpistool krimpt de folie strak om het stuk zeep.

Foaming Bath Butter is such a wonderfully versatile product. Make a shaving soap, frosting for your bath bombs, a body meringue or a really easy scrub, all with this one amazing base.
Instructions: You can play with the foamy bath butter to achieve a whipped, soft soufflé-like consistency. The easiest method is to use a mixer and beat the Foaming Bath Butter like a cake batter. Or you can put your stick blender into the middle of it and beat until the volume increases. Add your fragrance, essential oils, or other additives during this whipping process. But don't over-beat it -- if you get the foaming butter much larger than double, you'll find that you have a collapsed soufflé!
Foaming Bath Butter will accept up to 5% fragrance or essential oils. We recommend usage levels of 1-2% of total weight. (this means that in 16 oz. of product, you will want 1/3 of an ounce of fragrance).
The pH of this foaming butter is very low (5.5) and is very mild to the skin.
