With our capsule filler you can fill your own capsules quickly and easily.
 
With the capsule filler, you can fill 100 capsules at once, which only takes about 10 minutes even with little practice. We offer two capsule fillers for capsule sizes 0 and 00.
 
Capsule 0 is 2.1cm long and can be filled with up to 680mg of material.
The capsule 00 is 2.3cm long and can be filled with up to 960mg of material.

Vormbaar plastic, Polycaprolactone, 500 gram

Formplast (vormbaar plastic) is een biologisch afbreekbaar plastic polymeer dat ook polycaprolatone of PLC wordt genoemd.

Het heeft een smeltpunt van ongeveer 62 ° C. Het wordt zacht in een waterbad. Een föhn of warmtepistool kan ook gebruikt worden. Het is niet warmtegeleidend en kan daarom direct met de vingers worden gevormd of rechtstreeks op de huid worden aangebracht. Zorg er wel voor dat het eventuele verwarmingswater goed is verwijderd. Het zacht gemaakte plastic kan met een schaar worden geknipt en het kan in een mal of vorm worden gegoten. Nadat het plastic is afgekoeld kan het worden geschuurd en/of gepolijst. Er kan ook een gat in worden geboord.

 

Formplast kan vaak gerecycled worden. Maar omdat het biologisch afbreekbaar is zal het met de tijd krimpen.
